The land of Michigan has given the world a deluge of multiple necessities and sheer pleasures outside of what at one time was the auto industry mecca. Like its heart and soul of the blue collared working person that breeds an indelible, almost pioneer spirit, the music from here reflects its surroundings as once again this 26th state, added to the Union in January of 1837, is having a rebirth. The possibility of this land known warmly for its industrial explosion in the region of the Great Lakes is now standing at possibly a new dawn... the creation of being a strong contender for the music scene, much like Nashville is today.

With this in mind, the resonating rock and blues plus more yet to be revealed have begun with the band, Greta Van Fleet. They are poised and ready to bring the elements of rock n' roll up to the next level.

Interview with DXRLING

-Talk about how music has influenced you each individually in your daily living.
DXRLING- All I know is that life would be really weird without music. It makes getting through the inevitable ups and downs of life a much smoother adventure.
RANDY- I have pretty much built my life around it.
-Where do you each find yourselves listening to music most often?
RANDY- Usually in the car, while hiking Runyon Canyon and while working out. I have a few playtists I like to listen to to get me pumped up.
DXRLING- I listen to music most when I’m stuck in LA traffic, for example, on the hour ride to the grocery store that is two miles from my house. Lol. I also listen to music a lot while I’m working from home and when I’m at the gym.
What are your favorite brands to use when it comes to the instruments, mics, amps, pedals and so on? Why do you favor them?
RANDY- Ibanez basses are my fav :) I love them because they are light weight (which makes my job a little easer LOL), fairly smaller then other bass…

BANGS: Talk about how music has influenced you each individually in your daily living.

Josh - Music has made me who I am today really, it's affected every aspect of who I
am from a very young age. Regardless of what emotion or experience you may be
going through in that moment, there is always the perfect song, or record to help
you process whats going on. Its Life’s Soundtrack.

BANGS: Where do you each find yourselves listening to music most often?

Josh - Definitely listen to music the most at work, followed by a close second in
the car or bus traveling.

BANGS: What are your favorite brands to use when it comes to the instruments, mics, amps,
pedals and so on? Why do you favor them?

Josh - Tama Drums, Sabian Cymbals, Vater Sticks, Aquarian Heads… I’ve always
had great success with these companies and their products literally take a beating
every night and always hold up to whatever I throw at them and have never let me
down.
